1. Our Role

Where engagement scope involves protected health information (PHI), SkyBase Labs may operate as a Business Associate and executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the applicable party before in-scope services begin.

2. What We Build

We build private infrastructure in Azure for your organization. We do not access, view, or store PHI directly as part of normal website operations; PHI remains in your Azure environment under your control.

3. BAA Process

Applicable engagements begin with a signed Business Associate Agreement and documented responsibilities for each party.

4. Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving systems under our contractual scope, we follow obligations and notice timelines defined by applicable agreements and law, including HIPAA-related requirements where applicable.
